FAQ
How does the repetition schedule work?
Every card has a due date. Answer correctly and the card waits longer before reappearing; miss it and it comes back within the same session until you get it right. The intervals adapt to your personal memory over time.
What languages does LangMemo support?
Study content can be in any language — Korean, Japanese, Spanish, English, and Chinese are fully supported with reading aids and audio. The app interface is available in those languages too.
Does LangMemo track my location?
No. LangMemo never collects your location, in the foreground or background.
Who can see my cards and libraries?
Only you. LangMemo is a personal study tool — your content is private to your account.
Can I import my existing flashcards?
Deck import (CSV and other formats) is on the roadmap for an early update. You'll be able to bring your existing collections into any library.
What happens to my photos and recordings?
They're stored privately as part of your study cards, readable only by your account, and deleted when you delete the card or your account.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
Your account and all study content — cards, photos, audio, review history — are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Is there a web version?
Not yet — LangMemo is mobile-first. A web companion is planned for the future.
